All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Pricing or description errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Payment issues

If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify's supported payment providers. Captain's Easel does not store your complete credit card or payment information.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

10. Personal Use

Artwork purchased from Captain's Easel is intended for personal enjoyment or display.

Commercial reproduction, licensing, merchandising, NFTs, AI training, or other commercial uses require prior written permission.

11. Commissions

Commission requests are subject to mutual agreement regarding subject matter, pricing, timeline, and revisions.

A commission may require a deposit before work begins.

Once work has commenced, deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws
Interfere with the operation or security of the website
Upload malicious software or harmful code
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or customer information
Use the website for fraudulent purposes
